If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
To initiate a return:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
